Fast and Easy Plant-Based Breakfasts for Kids

There are many great choices available that your kids WILL enjoy eating!
Cereal with Fruit – choose healthier cereals that have 4 grams or less of added sugar and 2 grams or more of fiber per serving.
Peanut Butter Fruit Wraps – whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter, jelly and fruit
Breakfast Bruschetta – whole wheat (or whole grain) toast topped with plant yogurt and fruit
Fresh Organic Fruits are ideal, but fresh, frozen (thawed and drained) and canned (in juice) also work well. Thinking about your own budget and making things that will encourge your family to try some new things are key to making healthy nutrition fun!
