Basic Key Ingredients for Smoothies

Frozen Bananas + 1 or 2 dates + Liquid of Choice (Soy-Almond-Coconut Milk/Coconut Water/etc)

Vanilla Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup plant-based milk
  • 2 dates
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • Splash of vanilla extract

Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup plant-based milk
  • 1 date
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (or other fruit)

Apple Jack Smoothie

  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 date
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Dash of cinnamon
